EnterMedSchool.org is an open-source, non-profit project connecting medical students and professors to free AI-powered study tools. We need passionate people like you to help us grow.
EnterMedSchool.org is the non-profit sister project of entermedschool.com, founded and personally funded by Ari Horesh. Our mission is simple: provide medical students and professors with free, open-source AI-powered tools and study resources. We believe that better lessons and better tools lead to more engaged students — and ultimately, better doctors. Everything we build is free, open-source, and available to everyone.
Spread the word at your university, provide us with slides and lecture notes so we can create flashcards and study materials for students. Help connect us with professors who want to improve their teaching.
Help us create and spread content online. We produce plenty of educational content but need help reaching more students and educators across social media and university channels.
Double-check and review our AI-generated study materials for accuracy. Quality assurance is critical — we need medical students and doctors to verify that our content is reliable and up to date.
We want to translate our materials into as many languages as possible. We need native speakers to review and approve translations to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Help professors learn how to improve their slides, integrate AI into their teaching, and provide students with supplementary study materials using our free tools.
Send us your slides, lecture notes, and study materials. We will create flashcards, practice questions, and notes from them — completely free — using our AI tools. Your students get high-quality study resources without any effort on your part.
We teach you and your fellow representatives how to use our open-source tools to create your own study platforms. Fork our code, host it on your own domain, share it with your classmates — or, if you prefer, we are happy to host your materials on our website, completely free.
All volunteers and event participants are expected to uphold these principles:
Treat every volunteer, student, and professor with dignity and kindness, regardless of background, language, or experience level.
Represent EnterMedSchool with integrity. Be reliable, communicate clearly, and follow through on your commitments.
Work as a team. Share knowledge openly, support each other, and celebrate the contributions of every member.
We welcome volunteers from every country, language, and background. Our community thrives on diversity and mutual respect.
All materials must be accurate and honest. Never misrepresent content or cut corners on quality — our students depend on it.
Join medical students and doctors from all over the world. Network, share experiences, and build lasting connections.
Your contributions directly help students study better and become better doctors. Everything you build is free and accessible to all.
Gain hands-on experience contributing to a real open-source project. Learn new tools, collaborate with a global team, and add it to your CV.
This is not a chore — it is a chance to build something exciting with passionate people who care about education and technology.
We are mainly looking for medical students and doctors — not pre-meds — from all languages and all over the world. Whether you speak English, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, or any other language, there is a place for you here. This is a fun opportunity to take part in a big project, network with doctors and future doctors, and build something meaningful together.
I, Ari Horesh, am very proud of this project and personally fund everything — from hosting to AI services and employees — to make open-source medical education a reality for everyone. Your help means the world to us.
